All 15 litre baskets are available in the full range of mesh sizes and end cap designs. The baskets are designed to provide secure containment and efficient stock management.
The 15 L basket is the original, highly productive system for longline farming, however, with appropriate end cap and attachment clip system selection, the baskets can be adapted to suit a range of alternative farming systems and methods. All baskets stack neatly for efficient use of space whether it be on your boat transferring baskets, or in the yard for storage. Automation is also an option.

SEAPA Spat Sock
SEAPA Spat socks are an innovative mesh sleeve designed to fit inside our 15L baskets and hold oyster spat down to 2mm in size.
Available in 1mm and 1.6mm mesh sizes and constructed from high quality, UV stabilised Polyester materials with reinforced seams to ensure stock is safe and secure. For best results, SEAPA recommends installing these into the 20mm mesh basket to allow for optimal water flow.

25L Basket Range
SEAPA 25 litre baskets are designed for elevated stocking densities and wide versatility in farming methodologies.
Available in 12mm, and 20mm mesh sizes, the range targets conditioning oysters for market. The larger end cap circumference allows for bigger, flatter growing area.
The 25L basket securely holds stock with easy access through the hinged door at one end. The unique design also enables conveyor automation, including automated door opening and closing.

The 15L and 25L baskets are available with either a Streamline or Premium end cap*.
The SEAPA Streamline is the original well-proven cap that has serviced the adjustable longline farming industry since 1998. In its most economical configuration, the standard SEAPA 15L Basket uses two ‘Streamline End Caps – no Door’; these end caps snap on and snap off to provide access to stock.
The SEAPA Premium cap provides the most versatile basket option. The rectangular end cap design includes many features that enable the basket to be adapted to multiple farming systems and also enables conveyor automation – including automated door opening and closing.
